A. J. Jacobs is an American journalist, author and lecturer best known for writing about his lifestyle experiments. He is an editor at large for Esquire and has also worked for the Antioch Daily Ledger and Entertainment Weekly. His books include The Know-It-All, in which he works his way through the Encyclopaedia Britannica, and The Year of Living Biblically, about trying to follow the Bible as literally as he can.
