How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app at any time. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

  3. 3Go to the "Security" tab
  4. 4Tap "Delete account" and confirm

You can also request account deletion by emailing [email protected] and we will process it within 30 days.

What data is deleted when I delete my account?

Deleting your account removes all personal data associated with it: your profile, reading history, sessions, goals, challenge participation, and any other content you've created. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I export my data before deleting my account?

If you'd like a copy of your data before deleting your account, email us at [email protected] and we'll send you an export. You have the right to access and receive your personal data in a portable format at any time.

Is my data shared with third parties?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Readstead (such as hosting and authentication), and only as required to deliver those services. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
