Ajay Agrawal writes about the economics of artificial intelligence. Agrawal holds the Geoffrey Taber Chair in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and is a professor of strategic management at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Prediction Machines (2018) and Power and Prediction (2022) examine the economics of AI, the second written with Joshua Gans and Avi Goldfarb. Agrawal also co-founded NEXT Canada, previously The Next 36, and founded the Creative Destruction Lab.
