Anne Canadeo

Anne Canadeo, born in 1955, writes the Black Sheep Knitting Mysteries, a detective series about a circle of knitting friends who keep running into murder. The books follow the Black Sheep Knitters through a cozy-minded puzzle in each volume, from While My Pretty One Knits and Knit, Purl, Die through A Stitch Before Dying and Till Death Do Us Purl. Canadeo pairs the craft and friendship of the group with a whodunit plot, so each new case is as much about the knitters as the killer.
