The name Annual appears on nonfiction about classic comics. One book is a Mandy comic annual, gathering stories, illustrations and features from the original publication. The other, The Dandy and the Beano: Fifty Golden Years, is a social history that looks back over half a century of two comics and the place they held in readers' lives.
