Ben Horowitz is an American businessman, investor, blogger, and author who co-founded the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz with Marc Andreessen. Earlier, he co-founded Opsware, an enterprise software company where he served as president and chief executive officer, and Hewlett-Packard acquired it in 2007. He writes about business in The Hard Thing About Hard Things, a book about startups, and What You Do Is Who You Are, which explores how a company builds its culture.
