Benjamin Graham

Benjamin Graham was an English-American financial analyst, economist, accountant, investor and professor, widely known as the father of value investing. He co-wrote Security Analysis with David Dodd in 1934 and later The Intelligent Investor in 1949, both of which explain judging a business's worth apart from its share price. Graham taught investing at Columbia Business School, where Warren Buffett was one of his students, and he founded the mutual fund Graham-Newman Corp.
