Brandon Stanton

Brandon Stanton is an American author, photographer, and artist best known as the founder of Humans of New York, a photo-and-story project built on his portraits of people in New York City since 2010. He has since photographed people in more than 40 countries for the project, and the book of the same name grew out of it. His other book, Little Humans, pairs photographs with short moments from childhood. He also created Dear New York, a two-week art installation in Grand Central Terminal.
