Brian Catling was a British sculptor, poet, novelist, filmmaker and performance artist who worked across visual art and writing. His fiction includes The Vorrh, the opening book of its fantasy trilogy, and Hollow, a literary novel in which the living and the dead wage war in a world coming apart. Catling's novels sit alongside his sculpture, film and performance work.
