Carley Fortune

Carley Fortune is a Canadian novelist living in Toronto, and before turning to fiction she was an award-winning journalist who wrote and edited for The Globe and Mail, Chatelaine and Toronto Life. Her novels are often set in places she knows well: Every Summer After and One Golden Summer take place in her hometown of Barry's Bay, Ontario, Meet Me at the Lake is set in Muskoka, and Our Perfect Storm is set in Tofino on Vancouver Island. Several of her books have appeared on the New York Times bestseller list, and This Summer Will Be Different is set on Prince Edward Island.
