Christopher McDougall

Christopher McDougall is an American author and journalist who trained as a foreign correspondent for the Associated Press and covered wars in Rwanda and Angola before writing books. He is best known for Born to Run, his 2009 book that became an international bestseller. He also wrote Natural Born Heroes and Running with Sherman, and he created the Outside magazine web series Art of the Hero.
