Dennis E. Taylor

Dennis E. Taylor is a Canadian author and former computer programmer who writes large-scale hard science fiction about artificial intelligence and the human condition. His Bobiverse books, We Are Legion (We Are Bob) and For We Are Many, are space operas about a man whose mind is recreated in a computer after an untimely death and sent into deep space to search for habitable worlds. Taylor's work is set across the cosmos and asks what identity and autonomy mean for a digital mind.
