Ed Yong

Ed Yong is a British-American science journalist and author who writes for The Atlantic. His book I Contain Multitudes (2016) looks at the microbes living in and on our bodies and the partnerships animals form with them. In An Immense World (2022), Yong explores how other animals sense their surroundings in ways far beyond our own. Yong received the 2021 Pulitzer Prize for Explanatory Reporting for a series on the COVID-19 pandemic.
