Elio Garcia co-wrote The World of Ice & Fire and The Rise of the Dragon with George R. R. Martin and Linda Antonsson, companion books to A Song of Ice and Fire. The second is a history of the Targaryen dynasty. Garcia and Antonsson also founded Westeros.org, one of the earliest fan websites for the series.
