Eve J. Chung's novels are historical fiction set amid war. Daughters of Shandong follows three sisters pulled apart in wartime China, each making a dangerous journey from the streets of Shanghai to the rugged country of Shandong and toward one another again. Family loyalty and survival run through it. The Young Will Remember is another war-centered historical novel.
