Francis Chan is an American author, teacher, and preacher known for Christian nonfiction, most notably Crazy Love and Forgotten God. He was the teaching pastor of Cornerstone Community Church in Simi Valley, California, a church he founded in 1994, and he started Eternity Bible College in 2004, serving as its early chancellor until 2010. Chan has also sat on the boards of several Christian and social justice organizations, including Children's Hunger Fund and Gospel for Asia, and has served as an ambassador for Care for Children.
