The Phoenix Project is a workplace novel about IT, DevOps and the business pressures around them, written with Gene Kim and Kevin Behr. The story follows a manager given ninety days to rescue a troubled IT initiative, and uses satire and fiction to explore collaboration, leadership and continuous improvement. The same title also appears in a business nonfiction edition, with the same co-authors.
