Jude Hardin's books are thrillers and detective fiction set in the world of Jack Reacher. Hostage opens the Jack Reacher Files, an authorized series, and follows the search for a missing police officer in a small Colorado town while a professional assassin closes in. Fugitive, subtitled A Nicholas Colt Thriller, carries the Reacher Files name too.
