Julian Baggini (born 1968) is an English philosopher and journalist who has written over twenty books about philosophy for general readers. Titles include The Duck That Won the Lottery, a collection of short essays on everyday reasoning errors, A Short History of Truth, and Atheism: A Very Short Introduction. Baggini co-founded The Philosophers' Magazine, has written for newspapers and magazines, and also writes on secularism and national identity, and is a patron of Humanists UK.
