Katherine Briggs

Katherine Briggs's books make up The Threshold Duology, a pair of fiction titles that begins with Eternity Gate, a space opera, and continues with Immortal Abyss, which is dark fantasy. The first book follows a group of characters who travel to the edge of the known world and wrestle with mortality, faith and what they would give up for something lasting.
