Katrina Kwan's novels are fantasy fiction. The Legend of the Nine-Tailed Fox follows a young scholar who digs into the history behind a spirit said to protect her homeland, and finds the old stories hide something more dangerous, with folklore, old bargains and the cost of power at its center. The Last Dragon of the East is a fantasy novel as well.
