Lawrence Wright

Lawrence Wright is an American writer and journalist and a staff writer for The New Yorker magazine. He is best known for the 2006 nonfiction book Looming Tower: Al-Qaeda and the Road to 9/11. He also wrote Going Clear, about Scientology, and Remembering Satan, a true-crime account, and he has written the novel Mr. Texas. He is a fellow at the Center for Law and Security at the New York University School of Law.
