Linda Olsson is a Swedish-born novelist who lives in Auckland, New Zealand, and writes in both English and Swedish. She is best known for Let Me Sing You Gentle Songs, her first novel, published in 2005, which follows a young writer who befriends an elderly woman in a quiet Swedish village. She also wrote Sonata for Miriam, a work of historical and war fiction.
