Mary Kay Andrews

Mary Kay Andrews is the pen name of Kathy Hogan Trocheck, an American writer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Under the Andrews name she writes Southern-flavored contemporary fiction, from the Savannah series opener Savannah Blues to Summer Rental, Hissy Fit, and The Santa Suit, a holiday novel built around a found Santa suit and a decades-old wish. Before turning to fiction full-time in 1991, Trocheck spent eleven years as a reporter for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and she wrote ten mysteries under her own name before adopting the Andrews name in 2002.
