Noah Gordon

Noah Gordon was an American novelist born in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1926, and he died in 2021. He is best known for The Physician, the first book of the Cole Trilogy, a historical adventure about a physician. The trilogy closes with Matters of Choice, which follows a Boston doctor weighing her career and convictions about reproductive rights against her longing to become a mother.
