Radclyffe is the pen name of Dr. Lenora Ruth Barot, an American author who writes lesbian romance, along with paranormal romance and mystery. Her books under the name include the first-responder novels Dangerous Waters and Trauma Alert, and the PMC Hospital romance Fated Love, which opens that series. Before retiring from medicine in 2004 to write full time, she was a double-boarded general and plastic and reconstructive surgeon. She also founded the LGBTQ+ publisher Bold Strokes Books that same year.
