Robert Anton Wilson

Robert Anton Wilson was an American writer, futurist and psychologist whose work ranges from science fiction, including the Schrödinger's Cat trilogy, to nonfiction on extrasensory perception, conspiracy theory and what he called quantum psychology. He followed a career in journalism and as an editor, notably for Playboy, and in the mid-1970s emerged as a countercultural figure alongside Timothy Leary. He also helped publicize Discordianism through his writings, which include the memoir Cosmic Trigger.
