Steve Krug is a UX professional based in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, who writes about human-computer interaction. He is best known for Don't Make Me Think, a book on web usability now in its third edition, with over 700,000 copies sold. His later book Rocket Surgery Made Easy, published in 2009, is a do-it-yourself guide to finding and fixing usability problems. Krug also runs Advanced Common Sense, a one-man consulting firm.
