Toby Neal

Toby Neal's books are crime fiction in the Lei Crime series, following Detective Lei Texeira. Blood Orchids opens the series with a murder on the island of Kauai, mixing police procedure with psychological suspense and a look at the darker side of a Hawaiian setting. Twisted Vine, the fifth in the run, continues in the same vein as a psychological thriller.
