Description
When Gromelda the witch sets out to practice her evil magic, she’s thwarted by an inconvenient curse of her own: every time she tries, she gets an itch. From spell to spell, her plans unravel in funny, frustrating ways as she searches for the cause of the maddening sensation and tries to regain control. Blending playful mischief with lighthearted problem-solving, this story invites readers to laugh at the gap between intentions and outcomes. With Donna Guthrie’s brisk, kid-friendly storytelling and comedic timing, it’s a charming tale about persistence, self-awareness, and the surprising power of a well-timed distraction.
