In the quiet kingdom of Jadli, a castle stands empty, awaiting its new queen. But the path to the throne is fraught with peril and unexpected alliances as a diverse cast of characters navigates courtly intrigue, ancient prophecies, and the simple, yet profound, challenges of everyday life. From the stoic knight Sir Theseus to the enigmatic physician and the determined laundress, each individual's story intertwines, revealing the hidden strengths and vulnerabilities that shape their destinies. This richly imagined world, brought to life with Linda Medley's distinctive art and storytelling, explores themes of duty, love, and the quiet heroism found in the most ordinary of lives.
