In the remote coastal town of Kurôzu-cho, a chilling obsession takes root, transforming the mundane into the terrifying. Teenager Kirie Goshima finds her world unraveling as her boyfriend, Shuichi Saito, reveals a horrifying truth: their town is not merely cursed, but ensnared by the inescapable pattern of the spiral, the 'uzumaki.' This insidious shape, the secret geometry of existence, begins to drive the town's inhabitants to madness, twisting everyday life into a nightmarish descent. As the spiral's influence grows, Kirie must confront the escalating horror and the unsettling transformations that threaten to consume everything she knows.
