Description
When a woman is found brutally murdered in an affluent Stockholm suburb, detectives Peter Lindgren and Manfred Olsson discover unsettling similarities to a decade-old unsolved case. Their investigation leads them to a vanished business executive, a troubled former lover, and Hanne Lagerlind-Schön, a retired profiler whose insight may be crucial to understanding the killer’s pattern. As the police and a determined young woman pursue the same elusive man for very different reasons, the case exposes a tangled world of obsession, betrayal, vengeance, and buried trauma. Atmospheric and psychologically intense, this Nordic noir thriller explores how love can curdle into something dangerously destructive.
