Latro, a mercenary soldier, awakens from a battle with a head wound that has stolen his memory, leaving him adrift in a world he no longer recognizes. As he struggles to piece together his past and navigate the treacherous landscape of ancient Greece, he finds himself entangled in a series of perilous quests and encounters with gods, monsters, and enigmatic figures. With his memory gone, Latro must rely on his instincts and the few allies he can trust to survive, all while grappling with the profound mystery of his own identity and the forces that seem to be manipulating his fate. This is a journey into a richly imagined world where myth and reality blur, exploring themes of memory, identity, and the nature of heroism.
