Description

A thoughtful coming-of-age story about identity, self-discovery, and the uncertainty of finding one’s place in the world. As its central character navigates changing feelings, complicated relationships, and the expectations of others, the novel explores the difference between a passing phase and an authentic part of who we are. Tender, introspective, and emotionally engaging, it invites readers to consider the courage it takes to define yourself on your own terms.

I went into this thinking I was getting a fun, flirty romance.

I was not prepared for the emotional damage in the best way. This book pulled me in fast with the banter and chemistry, but what really got me was how real everything felt. The characters aren’t perfect, they’ve got baggage, they make messy choices, and you can feel the tension between what they want and what they think they should want. And yes, the spice is absolutely there. But it never feels like it’s just thrown in. Every scene means something. Every moment builds on the connection between them, and by the end I was way more emotionally invested than I expected to be. There were parts that made me smile, parts that made me ache a little, and a few scenes that are going to live in my head for a while.

If you like romances with: strong chemistry, emotional depth, real character growth and heat that actually fits the story you’ll love this one.

This wasn’t just a “quick read” romance for me. It was one that stuck!
