Tom Kettle, a retired detective, seeks solace in the quiet Irish seaside town of Dalkey after a lifetime confronting the worst of humanity. However, his hard-won peace is shattered when figures from his past resurface, forcing him to confront buried traumas and long-buried secrets. As his reality begins to fray, Tom must grapple with the enduring impact of violence and abuse, questioning not only his memories but the very nature of his existence.
