Description
A wry, tender retelling of the biblical David and Goliath story, seen through the eyes of Goliath of Gath—a gentle, reluctant giant sent to face an enemy he barely understands. As he waits across the battlefield with his young shield-bearer, mundane conversations, uncertainty, and mounting ennui replace the expected heroics of war. With spare artwork and deadpan humor, the book explores loneliness, duty, power, and the absurdity of being cast as a villain in someone else’s story.
