Description
Thirty-three years after fleeing political turmoil in Haiti for the cold of Montreal, a man returns to his homeland following his father's death. He finds himself adrift in Port-au-Prince, a city both familiar and alien, haunted by memories and the ghosts of his past. As he grapples with the profound question of belonging and the inescapable ties of heritage, the vibrant yet challenging landscape of his birthplace forces a confrontation with his identity. This poignant narrative explores the complex relationship between exile and home, weaving a lyrical tapestry of sensory details and existential reflection.
