Description
In this witty, fast-moving story, a seemingly ordinary day spirals into a chaotic chain of mishaps when everything gets—quite literally—soaked. As the characters scramble to regain control, they confront the small frictions and big feelings that surface when plans fall apart, forcing them to improvise, communicate, and grow in the moment. Blending humor with heart, the book explores themes of resilience, embarrassment, friendship, and the unexpected lessons hidden in everyday messes. With Abi Cushman’s sharp, accessible storytelling and lively pacing, the narrative delivers an entertaining read that feels both relatable and refreshingly unpredictable.
