Description

In a near-future world divided between an authoritarian Federation and Western nations governed by ostensibly impartial artificial intelligences, competing systems of power begin to fracture. Scientist Lilia becomes the target of a relentless surveillance apparatus after her work is linked to a conspiracy against the Federation’s seemingly immortal President, setting her on the run alongside a scattered network of dissidents, allies, and reluctant conspirators. As political intrigue, cybernetic experimentation, and revolutionary movements converge, the fate of individuals and nations hangs in the balance. A tense work of geopolitical science fiction, the novel examines authoritarianism, technological control, resistance, and the fragile foundations of societies that believe they have outgrown human rule.
