Description
In a world where online posts can vanish overnight, a young narrator confronts the unsettling power of moderation, censorship, and public judgment. As a seemingly ordinary incident escalates, the story follows how quickly truth can be distorted—and how the pressure to “fix” what’s been said reshapes relationships, identity, and trust. Blending sharp social observation with an intimate, character-driven perspective, the book explores themes of free expression, accountability, and the emotional cost of being watched. With Hanna Bervoets’s distinctive, incisive style, this is a tense, timely novel about what happens when platforms—and people—decide what must be removed.

jesus fucking christ what just happened. i need you to know this book is horrible. it’s disgusting, it’s cruel, it’s gruesome, and wildly offensive… and it’s meant to be cause it’s call a criticism of those things. but it doesn’t change the jarring horrific nature of what i just read.
