Teacher's Pet
Description
Kate, an aspiring horror writer with a taste for thrills and scares, wins an exclusive spot at a prestigious week-long writing conference deep in the woods. Expecting to study under the legendary horror master William Drewe, she instead finds herself under the tutelage of his mysterious brother Gideon, whose dark charisma and unsettling methods blur the line between mentorship and manipulation. As Kate and her fellow writers delve deeper into their craft, the isolated setting becomes increasingly sinister, and she begins to question whether the real horror is unfolding on the page—or all around her. With tension mounting and trust crumbling, Kate must navigate a web of secrets and danger to survive the week. A gripping tale of ambition, fear, and the price of pursuing one's darkest passions.
