Description

A young Frenchman, Jacques Revel, arrives in the industrial town of Bleston for a year-long assignment as a translator. As he navigates the unfamiliar landscape and the routines of his new job, Revel becomes entangled in a subtle, unfolding mystery that seems to permeate the very fabric of the town. His attempts to understand Bleston and its inhabitants become a journey of self-discovery, as he grapples with isolation and the search for meaning. Ultimately, through the act of observation and translation, Revel finds a way to connect with his surroundings and himself, transforming his experience of time and place.
