Description
When the forest’s youngest creatures insist that Bruce the bear stay awake for Christmas, his grumpiness and cold-weather habits are put to the test—especially once he’s bundled up in his warm hat and long underwear. As the night unfolds, Bruce’s reluctant cheer turns into a delightful misunderstanding: he’s mistaken for Santa, and the little ones begin to treat him like the real thing. With humor and heart, this story explores the magic of community, the joy of giving, and how even the most reluctant helpers can become part of a celebration. Ryan T. Higgins brings his signature warmth and playful storytelling to a festive adventure that’s perfect for bedtime and early readers.
