Description
Billy loves to draw—so much so that his imagination keeps spilling onto homework, books, and even the margins of his math tests. When his teacher and principal grow concerned, a librarian offers a surprising solution: a book-making contest that could channel Billy’s creativity into something truly his own. Inspired by everything from meteors and mythology to space travel—and yes, mucus—Billy crafts a story about the world’s smartest booger, waiting to be called upon for the right answers. With humor and heart, this playful tale explores creativity, consequences, and the difference between winning and doing your best, in the imaginative, storybook style readers know from William Joyce.
