Description

Sent to a remote settlement on the Mongolian grasslands, Chen Zhen encounters a world shaped by the harsh rhythms of nature and the fragile balance between people, livestock, and wolves. As he observes the wolves’ intelligence, discipline, and deep connection to the land, he begins to question the assumptions he brought from city life. Blending adventure, cultural observation, and ecological reflection, the novel explores survival, spiritual kinship with nature, and the costs of disrupting an ancient way of life.
