Description

In the bohemian heart of 1920s Paris, a young woman named Marja finds herself adrift and destitute after a life of precarious work as a chorus girl. Seeking refuge, she accepts the unexpected hospitality of an English couple living on the fringes of the artistic avant-garde. However, this fragile sanctuary soon becomes a complex web of desire, dependency, and artistic ambition, as Marja finds herself increasingly entangled in their lives and the volatile dynamics of their relationship.
