Description
Tek, a young cave boy with a passion for all things digital, would rather stay tucked away with his tablet, games, phone, and TV than spend time with his family and friends. As his days blur into screen time, his communication shrinks to a single frustrated word—“UGH”—and the village begins to worry about what he’s missing outside the cave. When others try to reach him, Tek must confront the difference between being entertained and truly connecting with the world around him. With humor and heart, this modern fable explores technology, attention, and the importance of community—delivered in Patrick McDonnell’s warm, accessible storytelling style.
