Tomson Highway

In this lyrical novel, two estranged brothers—cut off from their own people and trapped in a world that has imposed alien rules—struggle to survive while searching for belonging. Their journey unfolds against a backdrop of Cree language, myth, and haunting storytelling, where love and loyalty are tested by heartbreak, displacement, and the high cost of truth. As they move through danger and longing, the story explores identity, cultural survival, and the ways trauma can echo across generations. With Tomson Highway’s distinctive voice—part intimate realism, part mythic resonance—this is a powerful meditation on what it means to return, to endure, and to be seen.
