Fist of the North Star

Buronson, Tetsuo Hara

In a brutal post-apocalyptic wasteland ruled by violence, Kenshiro journeys to the prison city of Cassandra, where powerful martial artists are held captive and resistance is crushed without mercy. As he and Mamiya risk everything to rescue the imprisoned Toki, ominous signs and buried histories cast a shadow over their mission. Combining explosive martial-arts action with themes of loyalty, sacrifice, tyranny, and righteous justice, this volume deepens the series’ stark mythology and emotional intensity. Buronson’s hard-edged storytelling and Tetsuo Hara’s dynamic, visceral artwork bring the unforgiving world of the Hokuto warriors to life.
